Tod We're looking at having a Referee Clinic from a USFA FOC instructor in June/July. It will be a 2 day clinic, and the price is $50/attendee (set by USFA). We were looking to host this event in Missoula, as they are a fairly central location. Please let me know how many from your club would like to attend, as well as what dates will work best for you guys. Thanks, -Jestin Spannring From info at helenafencing.org Mon Apr 19 22:43:52 2010 From: info at helenafencing.org (Helena Fencing) Date: Mon, 19 Apr 2010 22:43:52 -0600 Subject: [Fencing] No Class Sat Apr 24 Message-ID: Jus a reminder, all classes at the YMCA are canceled for April 24. We'll bring a set of reels, Lames and other electric gear. If you come, bring water or something to drink. This event is subject to cancellation if we have bad weather. Tod From info at helenafencing.org Thu Apr 22 08:59:25 2010 From: info at helenafencing.org (Helena Fencing) Date: Thu, 22 Apr 2010 08:59:25 -0600 Subject: [Fencing] Next class Message-ID: <796C42C7-4EB0-4242-981D-828DCA35598B@helenafencing.org> We have tentatively scheduled the next beginning class for May 22. We will have an open house May 15 and there will be open fencing. We are going to continue the $10 per month equipment fee, but raise the beginners class equipment fee to $20. Since the class is 8 weeks, this works out to be $10 per month and will let us buy some additional gear - particularly lames. We are looking into adding summer daytime hours and possibly a week long fencing 'camp' that would be 4 hours per day. I'd also like to schedule an annual meeting to discuss club direction, budgeting, fund raising and other topics. Tod
